How do I add it to my website?
Enter your sitemap URL, exclude any pages the assistant shouldn’t use and add the WordPress plugin or embed code. Your web agency can help.
Does the assistant book appointments?
No. It links to your own booking page. Visitors can see they are talking to an AI assistant.
What if the answer is missing?
The visitor sees your contact details or a message form. Messages are emailed to your team.
How does payment work?
You buy credits in advance for indexing and AI answers. Checking your pages is free. New or changed text costs 1 credit per started 10,000 characters, once per version, so most pages cost 1 credit. Each AI answer costs 2 credits. You set a monthly limit for each website.
What about privacy?
The chat uses no cookies or tracking, and conversations are not stored. Unanswered questions are kept for at most 30 days, with personal details removed where possible, so you can fill the gap. We process visitor data on your behalf, under a data processing agreement.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. There is no subscription. Remove the plugin or embed code, or delete the website in your workspace: its pages and questions are deleted. Your remaining credits stay with your organization.
